摘要
围绕转基因研究着重论述了杨树在抗病虫害育种、抗除草剂、抗非生物逆境胁迫、木质素结构调整以及转基因树木安全性等方面的研究进展,并对转基因杨树的应用前景作了展望。
Poplar is often used as the model plant in the study of tree biology. Poplar is also of important value in the forest and industry development. This review focuses on the advances of poplar transgenie studies in disease and insect resistance, herbicide resistance, abiotie stress resistance, lignin structure engineering and the biosafety of transgenic trees. In addition, this review proposes possible prospects in the application of transgenic poplar.
