摘要
采用随机区组设计和正交设计２种方法研究了不同浓度ＡＢＴ生根粉、不同处理时间和不同采穗部位对柳杉扦插苗成活率的影响。结果表明：采用ＡＢＴ生根粉处理可显著提高柳杉扦插苗成活率，以柳杉主梢穗条，采用浓度为２００×１０￣（－６）的ＡＢＴ生根粉处理１２小时为最佳组合。
The influence of different-concentration ABT root ing powder，different treatment time and different scion-plucking locations on survival percent of Cryptomeria fortunei cutting plants has been studied by adopting two methods of random block design and orthogonal design. The results demonstrate that the survival percent of C. fortunei cutting plants can be significantly raised by adopting ABT rooting powder treatments and the optimal combination is as follows：cuttings：leading-shoot cuttings; concentration：200×10-6; and treatment time：12 hours.
