摘要
目的:研究碧云喷雾剂对大鼠卵白蛋白(OVA)变应性鼻炎的作用。方法:采用OVA对大鼠全身致敏和局部攻击以制备变应性鼻炎模型,鼻腔给药观察鼻部过敏症状并评分;取鼻中隔粘膜做病理组织学检查;ELISA法检测血清中IL-2、IL-4含量;被动皮肤过敏反应法(PCA)测大鼠血清抗体滴度。结果:碧云喷雾剂能明显降低鼻部过敏症状评分、血清中IL-4含量和PCA反应中伊文思蓝渗出量,升高血清中IL-2含量,明显减轻鼻黏膜病理改变。结论:碧云喷雾剂对豚鼠OVA变应性鼻炎有一定的防治作用。
Objective： To study the effects of Biyun spray on the allergic rhinitis（AR） in rats induced by ovabumin（OVA）. Methods： The rats of generally sensitized by injection of OVA-aluminium hydroxide solution into plantar muscle repeatedly received attack by dropping OVA solution into nasal cavity to develop the model of AR. The three doses of Biyun spray were given by the nasal cavity for seven days. The scores of the hypersensitive symptoms of nose were determined and the pathological changes of nasal mucosa tissue were observed under the microscope; The levels of IL-2 and IL-4 in the serum were detected by ELISA; The passive cutaneous anaphylaxis （PCA） test was performed to measure the levels of antibody in the serum. Results： Biyun spray significantly decreased the scores of nose hypersensitive symptoms and the level of IL-4 in the serum, reduced the exudation content of Evans blue in the PCA test, raised the level of IL-2 in the serum, and obviously improved the pathological changes of nasal mucosa. Conclusion： It is considered that Biyun spray might be used in the prevention and therapeutic of AR.
