摘要
目的:比较不同术式治疗瞳孔闭锁并发白内障术后早期并发症的发生率,探讨各术式的优缺点。方法:5种不同术式:①虹膜拉钩应用下,超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入;②非超声乳化小切口,上方虹膜垂直切开,晶状体囊外摘除联合人工晶状体植入,瞳孔成型;③非超声乳化小切口,下方虹膜放射状切开,晶状体囊外摘除联合人工晶状体植入;④常规角膜缘切口,上方虹膜垂直切开,晶状体囊外摘除联合人工晶状体植入,瞳孔成型;⑤常规角膜缘切口,下方虹膜放射状切开,晶状体囊外摘除联合人工晶状体植入。结果:术中及术后1wk内,各种术式均有并发症发生,以术式1并发症为少。结论:5种术式中,术式1,2术后早期并发症明显小于其他术式。
AIM： To compare the incidence of intraand postoperative complications of different operation methods for seclusion of the pupil combined with cataract and to discuss their advantages and disadvantages.
METHODS： Five operation methods were used： （1） phacoemulsification combined with intraocular implantation with the help of iris retractor; （2） non-phacoemulsification, small incision, vertical incision of upper iris, extracapsular cataract extraction combined with intraocular implantation; （3） non-phacoemulsification, small incision, vertical incision of lower iris, extracapsular cataract extraction combined with intraocular implantation; （4） regular limbus incision, vertical incision of upper iris, extracapsular cataract extraction combined with intraocular implantation, and then pupil moulding; （5） regular limbus incision, radial incision, extracapsular cataract extraction combined with intraocular implantation. ~ RESULTS： Complications occurred during and after operations with all the five methods, with the least in operations with the first methods.
CONCLUSION： The first two methods are superior to others in the five methods.
