介绍了驻马店自动测报系统的三大组成部分:水情数据采集系统、水情报讯系统和计算机网络系统的组成和结构,以及自动测报系统建成后的发展情况和改进措施,如:在通讯方面和网络方面的改进。5年多的实际应用表明,驻马店自动测报系统,能满足水情监测和洪水预报调度的需要,在防汛抗旱减灾中,发挥了重要作用。
This article introduces three important parts of Zhumadian automatic system for hydrological data acquisition and transmissions hydrological data acquisition system, hydrological data forecasting system and computer network system. This article also describes system, operation situation and improvement measures such as the improvement in communication and network. More than five year＇s normal operation has shown that it can meet the needs for water regime monitoring, flood forecast and dispatching, and that it has played an important role in flood prevention, drought resistance and disaster reduction.
