摘要
电梯属于特种设备,国家对电梯实施强制性监督检验,电梯检验属无损检测范畴,无损检测技术是确保电梯安全运行的重要手段。综述了在电梯监督检验过程中采用的无损检测技术,包括目视检测、漏磁检测、激光测试及电梯运行速度、加速度和噪声测试等,并阐述了采用这些检测技术的目的。
Lift is one kind of special equipments. Based on national requirements, lift is forced to be inspected, and most of the inspection items are nondestructive examination. The nondestructive testing（NDT） technique plays one of the most important roles for insuring manufacturing quality and transportation safety for lifts. Several kinds of NDT technique for lifts are introduced, including visual inspection, magnetic flux leakage testing, laser testing, electric current testing, velocity testing, acceleration testing, vibration testing, noise testing, and so on. The purposes of the techniques are also expressed.
