摘要
分析了滚刀开刃磨床分度盘误差对滚刀容屑槽周节累积误差的影响,提出减小由于分度盘等分不良而造成的滚刀容屑槽周节累积误差的方法。
The graduation error of the dividing disk is analyzed and the methods to reduce its influence on the hob processing are put forward. By this way, the chip pocket accumulated pitch error can be reduced and the efficency is raised.
