摘要
文章应用博弈论分析方法,在强调个人理性和政府、社会、企业理性矛盾基础上,研究分析人力资源管理中的公共资源等有关人力资源的若干问题,建立相应的分析模型,提出了解决问题的建议。
The game theory analysis is used in this article to reveal several issues about human resources such as public resources in the management of human resources. Based on the emphases of contradictory between the individual rationality and the rationality of the government, social and the enterprise as well, the article builds up the corresponding analysis model and proposed suggestions to solve the problems.
