摘要
目的为寻找一种方便、安全、快速杀灭常见病原微生物的消毒方法,将氧化电位水用于临床胃镜消毒,观察其消毒效果。方法对临床污染的50支胃镜经去有机物处理后,以EOW生成机制备的EOW原液进行消毒后细菌培养,以及不同时间杀灭效果比较的试验。结果EOW对胃镜内、外表面自然菌杀灭率分别为99.06%、99.85%,对常见致病菌可达到100%的杀灭率。结论氧化电位水能有效杀灭常见微生物,而且用时短,无毒副反应,是一种高效、安全、方便的消毒剂。
Objective To search for a convenient safe and rapid method for disinfection of gastroscope in clinical use, electrolyzed oxidizing water(EOW) was ased.Methods After removing organic matter from 30 clinically used gastroscopes, aU the gastroscopes were disinfected With EOW , produced by an EOW generator. The sterilizing effect at different times was determined by bacterial culture. Results The sterilization raties in the exterior and interior surfaces of gastroscope were 99.06% and 99.85% ,respectively.The sterilization mile for common pathogenic bacteria reached 100%. Conclusions Electrolyzed oxidizing water can effectively kill common microorganisms. It is an efficient, safe and convenient disinfectant without toxic and side effects.
