摘要
以4个实践作品为基础,分析研究中型办公楼在功能、空间、形象与综合节能方面的设计要点,并探讨办公建筑在空间形式、节能与环保、人性化与智能化诸方面的发展趋势,力求针对中等规模办公建筑总结出科学理性的设计方法,以具有前瞻性的作品满足不断演进的社会需求。
Takingfour living works of architect as example, this paper makes analysis of the key points of office building design on function, space, image and energy-saving. It discusses the development trends of medium-sized office building＇s spacial form, energy-saving, environmental protection, humanization and intellectualization, further more it explores rational and scientific method in mediumsized office building design for meeting the continuously evolving social requirement with some prospective works.
