摘要
目的:探讨“手套征”在肺癌中的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析15例经手术病理证实的伴有手套征样改变的肺癌患者的平片及CT表现。结果:15例中单纯手套征样病灶4例,气管支气管腔内结节合并手套征样病灶2例,肺门结节或肿块合并手套征样病灶9例。15例均经手术病理证实,其中9例鳞癌,5例小细胞肺癌。1例腺样囊性肺癌。结论:“手套征”在肺癌中具有重要的诊断价值。
Objective：To evaluate the ＂glove sign＂ in the diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods：15 postoperative patients with glove sign displayed on X-ray films and CT imagings were analyzed retrospectively. Results： Of 15 cases with glove sign,simple glove sign was seen in 4 cases,glove sign with node in cavity in 2 cases, glove sign with node or mass of lung hilus in 9 cases. Of 15 cases confirmed by pathology,9 cases were classified into squamous cell carcinoma,5 cases small cell lung carcinoma and 1 case adenoid cystic carcinoma. Conclusion： Glove sign shows important value in diagnosing lung cancer.
