大叶车前子胶胶囊对小鼠便秘影响的实验研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的:研究大叶车前子胶胶囊对小鼠便秘的影响。方法:将40只小鼠随机分为4组,除正常组外,其他3组造模,造模成功后模型组予面糊,对照组予麦麸溶液,治疗组予大叶车前子胶胶囊溶液,治疗后观察其排便时间、排便次数、平均便重、大便性状。结果:造模后模型组大便次数减少、排便时间延长、平均便重减少、大便量少且发硬,与正常组比较均具有显著性差异(P<0.01);对照组、治疗组与模型组比较,大便次数明显增加、排便时间缩短、平均便重增加、大便性状变软(P<0.01),且治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:大叶车前子胶胶囊可以显著缩短便秘小鼠排便时间、增加排便次数及便重、改变大便性状。 Objective :To research the effect of Daye Cheqianzijiao Capsule to mice with constipation. Methods :40 mice were randomly divided into 4 groups. Except normal group, the rest were made models. Mice of model group were fed with paste, control group were fed with wheat bran solution, and treating group were fed with Daye Cheqianzijiao Capsule solution after successfully made models. And observed defecation time, defecation frequency,average weight of excrement and shit character after treating. Results:Defecation frequency and average weight of excrement in model group decreased, defecation time prolonged, and shit was few and stiff. Compared with normal group, there was significant difference (P 〈 0. 01 ). Control group and treating group compared with model group, defecation frequency and average weight of excrement were significantly increased,defecation time was significantly shortened,and shit character became soft (P 〈 0. 01 ), and treating group was superior to control group. Conclusion:Daye Cheqianzijiao Capsule can significantly shorten defecation time of mice with constipation, increase defecation frequency and average weight of excrement and change shit character.
