摘要
过度放牧导致微生物各类群数量减少,酶活性降低,围栏封育和适度放牧有助于上述指标的恢复.火烧和施肥措施使微生物的区系组成发生变化,周期性应用更为合理.
Artifical factors such as grazing et al. have an effect on the soil microbial numbers and the soil biological activities in degenerative steppe. Excessive grazing leads to decrease of microbial numbers and descend of enzymic activities in steppe soil,fencing without grazing and moderate grazing contribte to rest oring of the indication. Application of burning and fertilizer in steppe change the numbers of microorganism of different groups,suitable for periodical used.
