摘要
文中从教学方法变革的角度将中小学教育与高等教育作一比较研究后发现,中小学变更教学方法的热情高,而高等学校教师探究教学方法的积极性相对较低;以至本应以“研究型”著称的大学其教师在教学中采用“研究型教学”的比率相对低,而“研究”不是其主要任务的中小学反而更普遍地采用了“研究型教学法”。究其原因主要是相比中小学而言,高等学校教师的合格率较低,高等学校研究资源贫乏,大学教育评价机制存在偏差等因素造成。长久以来,中小学教育扮演了中国大学教育质量低下的“替罪羊”。
Having made a coraparative study on the Middle and Higher education through the Reforming Teaching Methods, the thesis has found out that Middle School teachers gave more energies thaa University teachers did on improving teaching methods, and that University teachers adopted "Inquiry Teaching Methods" much less than Middle School ones, anyhow the researching should be the task of the fonnor. The following may be the reasons to the unimaginable: the first the University teachers did not qualify in a suitable level; the second is that the University has been in short of educational resource or the existing resource has been used in some other way; the third, there has been some problems in education evaluation which focouses on researching paying no attention to teaching. For a long time, the Middle Education has been acted the "scapegoat" of the poor performance of Higher Education.
