摘要
本文以V型滚在ZZJS四杆中频淬火机床中的应用为例,对V型滚的特性进行分析。通过建立数学模型,确定设计参数,对V型滚结构进行优化设计,并对V型滚的主要失效形式进行简要分析。
The paper giving the example of ZZJS four-bar mid-frequency quenching tool machine analyzes the characteristics of V-roller and optimizes its structural design by establishing the mathematic model and determining the design parameters. The main invalidated types of V-roller are also briefly analyzed.
