摘要
利用数值模拟的方法,着重研究了板料通过半圆形拉深筋和矩形拉深筋时板厚的变化规律和特点,分析了板料通过拉深筋时影响板厚减薄的主要因素,为探索板料通过拉深筋后的后续可成形性提供理论基础。研究结果表明,板料通过拉深筋时的弯曲变形是导致板厚减薄的根本原因,同时减薄量还受到板内张力及变形程度的影响。并指出累积等效应变不适于用来评价板料通过拉深筋后的变形程度。
As the complexity and difficulty of drawing parts increase, drawbead as one of the main controlling means of drawing process is significantly evaluated, and a great deal of research work have been made. Now the research work has mainly focused on the BDRF and BDHF, and the research about impact on deformation of sheet drawn through drawbead is rarely reported. In this paper, the principles of thickness reduction of sheet through semicircle drawbead and rectangular drawbead are studied by FEM simulation. The main influence factors of thickness reduction are analyzed. The study results indicate that in general bending deformation causes thickness reduction when sheet goes through drawbead. At the same time the magnitude of reduction is greatly affected by the degree of deformation and sheet tensions. What is more, the accumulated equivalent plastic strain is not the factor that can be used to evaluate the degree of deformation after sheet passes drawbead.
