摘要
目的了解中专技工学校学生的生活应激水平及其与心理健康状况的关系.方法采用学生生活应激问卷(SLSI)和症状自评量表(SCL-90)对某中专技工学校的学生进行问卷调查分析.结果有14.6%的学生处于低应激水平,有69.7%的学生处于中等应激水平中,有15.6%的学生处于高度应激水平;且三组之间的SCL-90各因子差异有显著性(P<0.01).SCL-90总分与挫折、冲突、压力、变化、自我强加、生理反应、情绪反应、行为反应及生活应激总分有显著的正相关,与认知反应呈负相关(P<0.05~0.01).SCL-90总分受行为反应、挫折、压力、生理反应、情绪反应、冲突、变化的影响(P<0.01).结论中专技工学校学生存在有较高的生活应激状态,且影响其心理健康水平,有必要进行针对性的心理干预.
Objective To research the relationship between life stress and mental health in students of vestibule school. Methods seven hundred and ninety three new students of vestibule school were tested and analyzed by SCL-90 and SLSI (Student-Life Stress Inventory). Results 14.8% of the students of vestibule school were low stress, 68.8% of the students of vestibule school were in moderate stress, 15.7% of the students of vestibule school were high stress. The all factors scores of SCL-90 were significantly different among above groups. The total score of SCL-90 was significantly and positively correlated to frustration, collision, stress, change, self reinforcement ,physiologic reaction, emotional response, behavioral response and total life stress, and negatively correlated to cognition response and influenced by behavioral response, frustration, stress, physiologic reaction, emotional response, collision, change ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Most students of occupational high school are in strong stress and need specific psychological intervention.
