摘要
目的比较单腔人流吸引管和双腔负压可控式人流吸引管间的优缺点。方法随机对80例孕5～10周的正常妇女分别用单腔管和双腔管施术,并对所收集的临床资料进行分析。结果应用双腔管施术的孕妇腹痛程度和人流综合症发生率较单腔管低,差异有显著性(P<0.01);单腔管出入宫腔的次数较双腔管多,吸引时间也较双腔管长,差异有显著性(P<0.01);宫腔感染率的检测虽然统计学上差异无显著性,但单腔管组宫腔感染率明显增加。结论双腔负压可控式人流吸引管具有降低术中不良反应,缩短手术时间,减少吸引管出入宫腔的次数,降低宫腔感染和宫颈粘连发生率的作用。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of a cannula with two cavities on suction curettage. Methods 80 women with 5-10weeks pregnant were involved in this study, of these,40 cases had been performed suction curettage using the cannulas with two cavities, and others using the one cavity cannulas.Results Less painful and fewer major complications were observed in the population using the cannulas with two cavities （P〈0.01）, and it also took less time and less possibility that a cannula introduced and extracted from endometrial cavity （P〈0.01）. No significant difference was found in two populations with respect of bacterial culture of cervical mucus. Conclusion A cannula with two cavities used in suction curettage had more advantages than one cavity cannula.
