摘要
采用ＳＤＳ一聚丙酰胺凝胶电泳，扫描计数红细胞膜各带蛋白百分比，研究维生素Ａ缺乏（ＶＡＤ）与红细胞膜蛋白的关系，结果显示：轻、重度ＶＡＤ大鼠红细胞膜带３蛋白合成下降，其余各带膜蛋白尤其是带４合成增加；随着缺乏时间的延长，各带蛋白质均明显下降；补充ＶＡ后，带３增加，带４下降，各带比例恢复正常。结果提示，ＶＡＤ影响红细胞膜蛋白的合成，这可能是ＶＡＤ时红细胞增殖分化异常的结果。
o research relation between vitamin A(VA)deficiency and the pro一tiell of erythrocyte membrane, the protien of erythroeyte rnembrane in VAdeficient rats was measured by SDS -PAG electrophoretic analysis .The re-sults showed that the protein of erythrocyte membrane in band 3 was sig-nificantly decreased comparing with normal controls and other bands were increased in marginal and severe VA deficient rats.While VA deficiency progress,all bands were significantly decreased in severe VA deficient rats. After supplemented VA, all bands were significantly increased.The resu-Its suggested that the protein of erythrocyte membrane is affected by VAdeficiency,it may be result from erthrocyte differentiation retardation.
