摘要
利用人才效能这一反映人才作用发挥程度的概念,对我国近年来专业技术人才的效能进行了时序和区域上的考察,分析结果表明我国地区人才数量对地区经济发展起得作用越来越明显,同时为进一步提高人才效能给出了相应的对策建议.
The efficiency of talents for reflecting the degree of talents action is defined. With the definition, the efficiency of talents is reviewed on scheduling and region. The analyzing results make know that the action of talents quantity is distinctness for development of region economics, At the same time, the corresponding be presented for the efficiency of talents.
