摘要
目的观察醒脑静治疗脑梗塞伴意识障碍的临床疗效。方法将82例患者随机分为两组,对照组36例采用常规西药治疗,治疗组46例在对照组的基础上加用醒脑静静脉滴注,疗程14天。观察两组临床疗效和神经功能缺损积分。结果治疗组的临床疗效和神经功能缺损改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。
Eighty-two cases of cerebral infarction with conscious disturbance were randomized into two groups： control group in which 36 cases were treated by routine method and treatment group in which 46 cases were treated by ＂Xingnaojing Injection＂ plus routine method, with a course of 14 days. The clinical effects and nerve deficit score were observed. Result： The clinical effect and nerve deficit score improved better in treatment group than in control group （P〈 0.05）.
