Structures and Functions of the Heat Shock Proteins

摘要 文章综述了热激蛋白的分类、在细胞内的定位以及结构与功能的研究进展。 All organism respond to elevated temperature and many other stresses with the production of adefined set of proteins called heat shock protoins (Hsps). Hsps are also found in normal nonstressed cells and produced at particular stages of cell cycle or during development in the absence of stresses. Progress in the studies on the classes, distribution in cell and structure and functions of Hsps were reviewed.
