摘要
采用超声萃取技术提取大气总悬浮颗粒物(TSP)采样膜中的半挥发性有机污染物(SVOC),浓缩净化后,将1μL试样注入气相色谱质谱仪(GC/MS)进行定性定量分析。研究了大气中64种半挥发有机污染物,包括苯酚类、苯胺类、硝基芳香烃类、多环芳烃类和酞酸酯类物质的回收率、精密度和检测限。实验表明,方法操作简便,净化效果好,且部分测定指标优于美国环境标准方法EPA8270c。
This paper is aimed at reporting the authors' testing and determination of the main organic pollutants in the atmosphere. As is known, the total suspended particles (TSP) are the main pollutants in the atmosphere, in which part of semi-volatile organic compounds are adhered by TSP. It is just for this reason that it is of great importance to study SVOCs in TSP. Based on the EPA8270c, the paper has developed a method for determing 64 SVOCs, including phenols, phthalate esters, nitroarumatics, nitrosamines and polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs). In our testing practice, we have first of all extracted the SVOCs from the TSP membrane by CHCl2 in ultrasonic, then made them cleaned by SPE C18. And finally, we have injected the sample to gas chromatography, with the SVOCs with it being separated by DB-5ms capillary column and detected by the mass spectrometry. In addition, we have determined the compounds qualitatively with the given method based on the retention time and through comparison of the sample mass spectrum, after the background identification with the characteristic ions in a reference mass spectrum. And when the quantitative determination was accomplished through comparison of the response of a major ion relative to an internal, standard using calibration curve, the calibration standards was prepared at five different concentrations, not exceeding the working range of the GC/MS system. However, before processing any samples, the analysis should demonstrate that, by using a method blank, the interferences from the analytical system, glassware, and reagents should be all under control. Experimentally, the quality control procedures that including GC/MS system, all the sample preparation and analysis can meet EPA8270c' s QC demands. The RSD of each compound' s re sponse factor proves to be less than 15 %, the recovery of surrogate is larger than 50%, with the detection limits being better than EPA8270c's. The results demonstrate that the present method is reliable and applicable.
