摘要
研究了X射线荧光光谱──单标法测定铸铁中硅、锰、磷、硫的条件,结果表明:对于待测元素含量变化不大的样品,用X射线荧光光谱──单标法测定的结果满意.该法用于铸铁中硅、锰、磷、硫的测定简便。
t is researched that the condition of determining silicon,manganese,phosphorus and sulfur in cast iron by X-Ray fluorescence spectrophotometry with single standard sample.The results show that it is satisfactory to determine elements as concentrations of them in unkow samples are not more moved(changed).This method has been applied to determine silicon, manganese phosphorus and sulfur in cast iron.It is simple and easy.
