公理化设计与TRIZ的比较研究及其集成模型 被引量:13

摘要 摆脱设计对经验的依赖,探索以科学原理为基础的设计理论是设计方法学的研究热点。公理化设计理论和创新问题解决理论是基于科学的设计方法学,近年来已得到设计界的高度重视。分析比较了两种理论的内在联系和区别,以此为基础建立了产品概念设计过程集成模型。给出了应用案例,验证了模型的有效性。 In order to get rid of the dependence on the designers' experience, exploring a sciencebased design methodology becomes one of the research kernels. The Theory of Inventive Problem Solving and Axiomatic Design have lately gained popularity as they are developed based on scientific principles. In this paper, design the relationship and differences between these two design methodologies are analyzed, and one integrated model for the concept design phase is established. Finally, two cases are given to testify the feasibility of the proposed model.
