摘要
通过对温州大学80名舞蹈选项课的女大学生进行为期半年的体育舞蹈练习,探索体育舞蹈对女大学生身体成分和姿态的影响。分别在训练前后一周内对实验组学生身体多个部位的皮脂度、三围和下肢的柔韧性等指标进行测试。实验结果显示:实验前大部分学生的三围比例不够合理,较之理想的三围比,胸围、臀围较小;腹部脂肪堆积较多。通过对实验前后数据组内之间的比较,显示体育舞蹈练习可使皮下脂肪的含量减少,去脂体重占的比例增大,三围更接近标准,肢体的柔韧性得到增强,身材更加健美。说明体育舞蹈练习能够塑造女性的优美身材,充分显示女性的曲线美。
80 women undergraduates have accepted one year's eurhythmics training in order to find the influence of eurythmics training on components of body and posture. The group students' sebaceous percentage, chest-line, waist-line, haunch-line and the lower limbs' flexibility were measured before and after experiment. The result before the experiment reveals that their chest-line and the haunch-line are not closer to the ideal standrad and the abdomen is the place where fat is easy to accumulate. The result also indicates that the fat of body decreased and the lower limbs flexibility increased after taking the eurythmics exercise. All these show that the eurythmics training can have a good effect on female' figure. And the eurythmics straining can help women have the shape of curve.
