摘要
自20世纪80年代以来,云南民族法学研究的现实意义日趋明显,其研究成果主要涉及民族法学基本理论研究、民族区域自治法研究、民族地区的法制建设研究、少数民族法律文化研究。综述20世纪80年代以来云南民族法学研究的成果,探讨云南民族法学研究的总体特点、方法和今后的趋势,将对该学科的进一步发展具有十分重要的作用和价值。
The practical significance of Yunnan legal ethnology research has been more and more obvious since 1980. Research findings of Yunnan legal ethnology on include four aspects： basic theory of legal ethnology, law of regional autonomy of minority nationalities, the building of the legal system of minority nationality region and legal culture of minority nationality region. The thesis summarizes the characteristics and approach of legal ethnology research on Yunnan and analysed the trend of research in the future.
