摘要
在借鉴其他类型系统综合评价的基础上，建立了两层指标体系，构建模糊综合评价模型，并应用其方法进行评价，保证了定性指标向定量指标的科学转换，且使评价具备实用性、科学性和合理性，最终促进工程造价管理系统的发展和完善。
Bashing on comprehensive evaluation research of other system in references, set up two level of index system, formed fuzzy synthetically evaluation model, and applied to its-method to evaluate, the method assured collective index transformed scientifically quantitative ones, and made evaluation bear practicability, science and rationality, finally promoted traffic construction engineering cost management system going forward and perfecting gradually.
