摘要
通过室内测定,明确了盖草能对不同棉花品种的安全性和幼苗生长存在较大差异。结果表明:春矮早种根、种芽安全性较高;高抗5号种根、种芽安全性较低,使用不当,易产生药害;422、豫棉13种根、种芽的安全性居中。盖草能在40μg/kg的推荐浓度下对不同棉花品种幼苗的长度、根系活力、叶绿素含量、脯氨酸含量的影响存在着较大的差异,其中422棉花品种的各项生理指标相对比较好,对幼苗生长较为有利;高抗5号差些,对幼苗生长相对不利;对春矮早、豫棉13号幼苗生长的影响居中。
Safety of Gaicaoneng had very big difference to different cotton varieties was determined through sensitiveness experiment. The results showed that root and shoot of Chunai zao can endure Caicaoneng best, While root and shoot of Gaokang 5 endure Gaicaoneng and little fainty.So Gaieaoneng should be used properly in land or it is easy to cause harm, Root and shoot of 422 and YuMai 13 can endure C, aicaoneng moderately. Gaicaoneng had very big difference to different cotton varieties such as cabbage seed germination percentage, the chlorophyll of leaves, the vigour of root system.
