摘要 本着“硬件软化”的思想,除了应用反电势法所必需的功率驱动电路、反电动势检测电路外,借助于TMS320F2407强大快速的运算处理能力以及片内集成的丰富的电机控制外围部件,完全由软件算法实现了电机开环换相起动,同时在自控状态通过反电动势过零点软延时策略实现自控状态的换相,并通过换相瞬间反电动势检测忽略延时策略达到换相软滤波的作用,从而达到整个控制系统“硬件软化”的目的,节省成本,增强系统的抗干扰能力。 Being in the light of the thought driving electric circuit and the anti-electromotive of the hardware soften, in addition to the force examination electric circuit required by the anti-electromotive force method, asking for the TMS320F2407, strong fast operation processing ability and abundant motor control outer circle parts inside the slice, the motor at open loop and phase converting is started by the software way. And at the mean time, under automatic control state, convert phase is carried out by the software postponing strategy of the zero of the anti-electromotive force, and the wave is filtered at phase converting twinkling by the postponing strategy of the examination neglects. Thus it is realized that the whole control system has been soften, the cost has been saved, and the anti-interference ability of the system has been strengthened.
