摘要
在R&D外包管理中,R&D外包激励策略选择非常重要.本文构建了R&D外包商采取的激励策略与承包商提供R&D服务质量水平的博弈模型,揭示了企业R&D外包过程中外包商与承包商之间的行为策略特征,外包企业应该选择最适度的共享研究成果和不共享研究成果的概率,承包商也应提供最适度的服务质量水平和工作概率.
Selection of incentive strategies is very important during managing R＆D outsourcing. In this paper, a game model is presented between incentive strategies of R＆D outsourcer and service quality strategies of vendor, and their action characters can be revealed correspondingly. The conclude is put forward which outsourcer should choose appropriate strategies and vendor also should provide appropriate service level.
