摘要
实验与实习教学是培养学生创新能力的重要途径,通过对园艺产品加工学课程实验与实习教学的研究与实践,打破传统实验与实习教学的思路.拓展实验与实习教学的内容,采取多种实验与实习教学手段,从而探索出一条通过实验与实习教学进行创新教育的新路子。
Experiments and practice teaching are an inlportant way to cultivate students＇ innovation ability. A new method to train students＇ innovation ability was explored by means of experiments and practice teaching. Different from the traditional experiments and practice teaching methods, it developed experiments and practice teaching contents and adopted multiways to carry out experiments and practice teaching.
