摘要
文章从命门的定位、命门的属性与生理功能、命门与肾的关系、命门系统的独立性、命门系统疾病的治疗等方面进行论述,认为命门不同于肾,且高于五脏,具有完整的系统性和独立性,是具有独特生理功能的高层次系统。它的病理特征是真阴真阳的损害,故其治疗均可从命门论治。
the paper had made a deep discussion from the location of mingmen, attribute and physiologic function of mingmen, relationship of mingmen and kidney, systemic independence of mingmen, treatment of mingmen systemic disease; the result thought the mingmen wasnt same with kidney and higher than five viscera, with the characteristic of integrated systematicness and independence, was a high level system with unique physiologic function. Its pathological character was the damage of genuine - Yin and genuine - Yang, so its treatment can be done from mingmen.
