摘要
合成了一种阳离子型水溶性铝锆偶联剂,以此对轻质碳酸钙作表面改性。探讨了偶联型改性剂对纸张中填料的助留作用及其对纸张性能的影响。结果表明,该偶联剂能有效改善轻质碳酸钙的留着率、纸张的抗张强度、耐破度、撕裂度等物理性能。
A water soluble cationic aluminum zirconium coupling agent was synthesized, and the precipitated calcium carbonate was modified with the cationic aluminum zirconium coupling agent. The effect of cationic aluminum zirconium coupling agent on the retention of the filler and the paper properties was discussed. The result indicate that this cationic aluminum zirconium coupling agent can improve the retention rate of precipitated calcitun carbonate efficiently and enhance the tensile strength, the burst strength, the tear strength of the paper.
