安氏Ⅰ类错第一磨牙缺失矫治前后面部高度的变化 被引量:2

The vertical changes of face in the treatment of class Ⅰ malocclusion with the first molar lost

摘要 目的:分析安氏Ⅰ类错第一磨牙缺失的病人矫治前后面部高度变化,了解第一磨牙缺失后对面部高度的影响。方法:选择15例安氏Ⅰ类错第一磨牙缺失的病人为实验组,采用拔除未缺牙侧的第一前磨牙,用方丝弓矫治技术近移第二磨牙;对照组为未缺失第一磨牙的安氏Ⅰ类错拔除4个第一前磨牙的15例病人,对矫治前后X线头颅侧位片进行分析。结果:两组病人的头影测量结果统计学分析显示矫治后面部高度两组均呈显著性增加且两组之间差异无统计学意义。结论:安氏Ⅰ类错第一磨牙缺失与否经正畸拔牙矫治后对面部高度均增加且无明显差异。在正畸治疗中不但要增强磨牙的前后向支抗,还要重视垂直向支抗。 AIM:To analyze the facial vertical changes of patients in the treatment of class Ⅰ malocclusion with first molar lost, and to explore the effects of the first molar lost on facial vertical changes. METHODS: Fifteen patients with class Ⅰ malocclusion with the first molar lost were selected as study group, whose first premolar in the normal side was extracted, and the second molar was moved mesially by Edgewise technique. Another 15 patients of class Ⅰ malocclusion without teeth lost were taken as a control group, and their 4 first premolars were extracted according to the treatment plan. The lateral cephalometric films were traced and analyzed. RESULTS: The analysis showed that the facial vertical dimensions in both groups were increased significantly after treatment, and no statistical differences were found between them. CONCLUSION :There are no significant differences in the facial vertical changes in the treatment of class Ⅰ patients with the first molar lost compared with class Ⅰ patients treated by typical extraction. We must pay attention to enhancing vertical anchorage of molars besides sagittal anchorage in orthodontic treatment.
