摘要
目的:探讨依达拉奉(必存)对大鼠脊髓损伤细胞的保护作用。方法:采用Allen法将32只SD大鼠制成脊髓中度损伤模型,随机分为必存组和对照组各16只,分别给予必存及生理盐水治疗,比较治疗前及治疗后6周2组大鼠斜板最大角度和神经功能恢复率。结果:从伤后第2和3周起,必存组斜板最大角度和神经功能恢复率均较对照组明显提高(P<0.01)。结论:必存对大鼠脊髓损伤细胞具有保护作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of edaravone injection on nerve function before and after treatment in rats with acute spinal cord injury and to investigate its protective effect. Methods: Thirty-two rats were enrolled to establish moderate spinal cord injury models using Allen method, and then the rats were randomly divided into treated-group, in which edaravone was iniected, and control-group, in which normal saline was injected. Tarlov scale and inclined plane test were conducted on the two groups at 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 weeks after injury. Results: From the second and third week, both Tarlov scale and inclined plane test revealed significant-differences (P〈0. 01 ) between the treated group and control group. Conclusions: Edaravone injection showed a protective effect on spinal cells in rats with acute spinal cord injury.
