摘要
介绍利用Y631K花键轴铣床传动链,适当增加分度挂轮数,滚切小模数、少齿数齿轮轴的加工技术。适当增加变速挂轮数,通过改变滚刀转速实现无差动方法滚切斜齿轮,并且达到较高的螺旋线加工精度。该技术对于拓宽花键轴铣床加工范围,提高机床使用效率,具有实际经济意义。
Introduces a new technology for hobbing small module and fewer teethed gear with the usage of the transmission chain of Y631K spline shaft milling machine by adding the number of index change gears. It fulfils the hobhing of helical cylindrical gear with non - differential method by adding the number of speed-change gea,s appropriately and changing the speed of hob. Meanwhile, it can achieve a high precision for helix. This technology is significative on the extending of the machining range of spline shaft milling machine and the improving of the service efficiency of machine tool.
