摘要
本文剖析了高校学报“重传播轻赢利”的运行策略所造成的发展困境,发现e时代高校学报走出困境的有效途径,构想了“高校学报网”的发展前景,并提出了学报摆脱困境、最终实现数字化的具体策略。
The college and university journals attached greater importance to communication than profits and land themselves in a predicament. This paper seeked the effective ways to extricate journals from the predicament, promoted the foreground of college and university journal net. Finally, the specific tactics is advanced to help journals extricate themselves from a predicament and accomplish digital transform.
