摘要
在现代社会中,权利与权利的冲突是一种较为普遍的现象。隐私权和知情权便是一对相互冲突的权利,正所谓“你要隐私,我要知情”。因此如何解决两者之间的冲突,是我们不得不面对的理论和实践问题。
In the modem society, the conflict between one right and another right has been a kind of comparatively general phenomenton, such as the right to privacy and the right to information. It＇s so-called ＂you take personal secrets, I should know the information＂. So we have to face the problem that how to solve the conflict between the two rights in theory and practice.
