摘要
研究了Fe73.5Cu1.0Mo3.0Sit13.5B9.0纳米磁软磁合金的磁性及其影响因素。结果表明,当退火温度为500-520℃时,合金具有最佳软磁性能,起始磁导率μi可达5×10^4。分析了磁性的影响因素。
The magnetic properties of nanostructured soft magnetic alloy
Fe73.5Cu1.0Mo3.0Si13.5B9.0 and their influence factors have been investigated. The re-sults show that the alloy has high soft magnetic properties,its initial permeability μi ≈5×104 when annealing temperature is in range of 500-520℃. The factors influ-encing magnetic properties are discussed.
