摘要
:单颗粒压缩强度是衡量人造金刚石机械强度的重要参数之一。一些高强度的天然或人造金刚石晶体的质量往往内外不一致,内核的压缩强度一般低于表面包裹层。本文分析了人造金刚石晶体低压缩强度的原因,从材料力学角度研究了低强度金刚石晶体表面生长一层优质金刚石包裹层对提高其压缩强度的作用,并对金刚石包裹体的微观结构与其单颗粒压缩强度之间的关系进行了讨论。
The mechanical strength of diamond crystal particle is usualy eveluated by measuring its compressive strength. Some of the diamond crystal particles, both of natural and man-made, with high compressive strength have different strength from the center to the surface layer and the compressive strength of the center is usualy lower than that of the surface. In order to improve the compressive strength of the low compressive strength diamond particles, high quality diamond cover coat can be grown on the diamond grain surface. In this paper, the theroy basis and micromechanism of this method are disscussed.
