摘要
本文报导了用金属醇盐法制备高纯、超细铝酸镁粉末的合成工艺和透明铝酸镁陶瓷的制备工艺。测试了铝酸镁的光学性能、物理和机械性能。结果表明,作为光学材料,透明铝酸镁具有非常好的机械强度和硬度,有适中的热膨胀系数,在0.3-0.5μm波段范围,其透过率不低于81%,在3-5μm波段范围,其透过率达到87%。
Ultrafine and high purity MgAl2O4 Powder was prepared by decomposing alkoxide method and transparent MgAl2O4 was fabricated by hot-pressing high purity starting Powders. Optical,physical and mechanical properties of Mgal2O4 ceramics have been measured. Results show that transparent MgAl2O4 is exceptionally strong and hard for an optical material, has a moderatethermal expansion coefficient, a transmittance at least 81 % in the wavelength range from 0. 3 to0 .5μm and a transmittance up to 87 % in the wavelength range from 3 .0 to 5 .0μm.
