摘要
目的研究强效排石颗粒的制备方法,并观察其临床疗效。方法观察其临床疗效,并进行动物急性毒性试验。结果符合颗粒的质量要求。动物试验LD50>12·08g/kg生药。治疗组与对照组总有效率均在75%以上,2者均具有明显的治疗作用。结论组方合理,工艺可行,无毒性;临床疗效满意。
Objective To probe into the preparation method of powerful Paishi Keli, and observe the clinical effect of it, Methods To summarize the curative effect in clinical use and carry out animal acute virulence test. Resuits Powerful Paishi Keli product fulfills its quality standard. In animal test, LD50 〉 12. 08 g raw herbs/kg. In clinical use, the total effective rate of both treating group and contrast group are more than 75%, denoting that Powerful Paishi Keli is also an effective medicine. Conclusion The prescription is reasonable, preparation technology is feasible, no toxicity in the product, and its clinical effect is satisfactory.
