摘要
元胞自动机与地理信息系统(GIS)的集成弥补了GIS在时空分析和时空演化方面的不足,为地理学的研究提供了新的手段。论文用实例论述了MapInfo中元胞自动机的集成开发方案。讲述了元胞自动机的原理及与GIS集成的优点和具体技术,并就二值型(城市扩张演化型)元胞自动机的应用做了示范。
The integration of cellular automata and GIS enhances the functions of GIS,especially in spatial analysis and modeling in time and space,which providing new tools for geography research.This paper describes a method to develop cellular automata integrated with MapInfo.Principles of cellular automata and detailed technology for integration of cellular automata and GIS are discussed.The cellular automata is finally applied to the city of Huizhou and proved to be v ery effective.
