摘要
用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP)测定了湛江地区栽培的人心果中微量元素的含量,发现其钙、镁、铁等元素的含量都比较丰富,并讨论了这些有益元素与人体健康的关系。
Trace elements in Minilkara zapoto were determined by ICP atomic emission spectroscopy. The result showed that the content of calcium, magnesium, and iron in it were abundant. The relation between these beneficial dements in body and health were discussed.
