摘要
传统的动力吸振器吸振频带较窄,限制了稳定性和吸振效果的提高,影响了其应用范围。而磁流变弹性体是一种剪切模量可由外加磁场可控的智能材料。本文利用磁流变弹性体作为动力吸振器的弹性元件和阻尼元件,并采用移频调谐的控制方法,设计了一种可调频的动力吸振器。对其进行的动力特性的研究表明,该吸振器移频范围较宽,在较宽的吸振带宽内具有较好的吸振效果。
This paper presents a kind of tuned vibration absorber based on magnetorheological elastomer (MRE). Narrow working frequency bandwidth of conventional vibration absorber has limited its stability and effect. MRE is a kind of material whose modulus can be controlled by applied magnetic field. We have fabricated MREs which have high MR effect and hard strength. By using these MREs,a kind of adaptive tuned vibration absorber has been designed. The performance of the prototype is experimentally evaluated. Its working frequency can be from 4Hz to 14Hz. The working frequency bandwidth is 58% of the center frequency. Its absorbing effect can reach 26dB. The used MRE is also hard enough to load bearing and absorb large vibration energy when the absorber is applied to vibration absorption of vehicles.
