摘要
通过配方设计,在通常聚磷酸铵-季戊四醇-三聚氰胺体系中,加入2%前期发泡剂磷酸二氢胺,形成低高温复合发泡体系,大大提高了涂料的防火性能。通过正交实验建立了蜜胺磷酸盐-季戊四醇-三聚氰胺防火体系,提高了涂层的防腐蚀性能。研究了蜜胺磷酸盐和聚磷酸铵的互配(作用)。
By means of formulation design, 2% previous blowing agent ammonium dihydrogen phosphate was added to ordinary ammonium polyphosphate-PER-MEL to form low temperature compounded blowing system which greatly enhanced fire retardant property of the coating. Melamine phosphate-PER-MEL freproof system was developed by way of orthogonal experiments increasing corrosion resistance of the coat, Reciprocal preparations of melamine phosphate and ammonium polyphosphate were studied.
