摘要
采用计算机数据处理和自制冷冻车床加工角膜组织镜片，为１２例７～１４岁的单眼外伤性白内障患儿行表面角膜镜片术。经８～３２个月随访，平均屈光度增加１１．２１Ｄ；８例裸眼视力达４．２～４．４，≥４．５者４例；矫正视力达４．７者３例，≥４．８者９例，均较术前提高。一次手术成功率为９１．６７％（１１／１２），术后散光度平均增加２．５Ｄ。
cases aged 7～14 years of monocular traumatic cataract in children were treated with epikeratophakia with corneal lenses shaped by computed data analysis and self-made cryolathe.After a follow-up period ranging from 8～32 months,the mean refraction increased 11.21D;66.67% of the eyes achieved uncorrected visual acuity of 4.2～4.4and 33.33%of the eyes achieved uncorrected visual acuity of≥4.5;25% of the eyes achieved corrected visual acuity of 4.7 and 75% of the eves achieved corredted visual acuity of≥4.8,with marked improvement.Initial operation successful rate was 91.67%.The postoperative mean corneal astigmatism increased 2.5D.
