摘要
为探讨表面角膜镜片术治疗儿童无晶体眼的角膜镜片冷冻切削技术。应用机床对３２只角膜片进行了切削，并将其中１３只应用于临床治疗儿童无晶体眼。结果误差在±０．１１ｍｍ以内，不同冷冻时间和保存方法对误差有影响。提示表面角膜镜片术是治疗儿童无晶体眼的有效方法，但在加工镜片时应考虑不同保存时间、方法的影响。
To detext the technical method of corneal lens used in epikeratophakia.Using lathe, made 32 lens and 13 of then was used in correcting aphakia of children.Different methods and different preserving time have effects on the errors of the lens.Epikeratophakia is a good method for correcting aphakia of children.When making corneal lens,the authors should take account of the preserving methods and time.
