日粮代谢能水平对鹅生长性能、养分利用率及肉质的影响 被引量:16

Effects of Dietary ME on Goose's Performance,Nutrients Availability and Carcass Quality

摘要 探讨日粮代谢能水平对鹅生长性能、养分利用率及肉质的影响。选取4周龄、体重相近的杂交鹅60只,随机分为3个组,每个组两个重复,每个重复10只(公、母各5只),进行为期42 d的饲养试验。结果表明:随着日粮中代谢能水平的升高,各组试验鹅平均日增重提高了,料肉比得到了改善,各组平均日增重、平均日采食量和料重比差异不显著(P>0.05);日粮中干物质、能量和粗纤维的代谢率降低显著(P<0.05);鹅肉中的干物质、粗蛋白质、氨基酸总量、必需氨基酸总量、肌内脂肪、肌苷酸含量各组间差异不显著(P>0.05),肌内脂肪和肌苷酸有升高的趋势(P>0.05),肌肉香味有改善的趋势。 Effects of dietary ME on goose's performance, nutrients availability and carcass quality were studied by a serial experiments. During a feeding trial for 42 days, 60 cross gooses of age in four weeks with similar weight were randomly assigned to three groups, two repetitions for each group and 10 gooses in each repetition (5 males and 5 females). The result showed that the average daily gain of each group of gooses, feed efficiency were improved with increase of ME level, and the average daily gain of each group of gooses, average daily feed intake and feed efficiency were not different significantly ( P 〉 0.05 ) ; the metabolic rate of DM , energy and CF was decreased significantly ( P 〈 0. 05 ). The nutrient contents of DM, CP, TAA, TEAA, EE and inosinate were not different significantly among 3 treatments(P 〉 0.05). But with increase of dietary ME level, EE and inosinate tended to increase, and taste of muscle tended to improve.
